As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide competent patient care aligned with professional standards in a hospital setting, reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director.

Responsibilities include:

Participating in patient and self-education, assessing learning needs, and utilizing relevant materials.

Evaluating care outcomes, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring continuity of care.

Delivering care for patients with complex needs, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing patient needs.

Supporting professional growth, promoting safety, collaboration, and cost-effective practices.

Recognizing complex patient data, planning care with families, and addressing cultural considerations.

Engaging in research and applying evidence-based practices.

Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, North Carolina RN licensure, and BLS certification. No prior experience required.

Job is full-time, onsite, with variable hours, offering a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.
