Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse – Neuro ICU – PRN in Live Oak, Texas.

• Provide specialized nursing care to neuro ICU patients, monitoring neurological status and managing complex conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assess patient needs, perform frequent neurological assessments, and respond promptly to changes.
• Educate patients and families about their condition and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and procedures.
