Collaborate with medical staff at skilled and assisted living facilities, building strong professional relationships.
Perform acute and routine medical visits, including documenting histories, assessments, diagnoses, prescribing medications, and making referrals.
Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care.
Requirements include:
Valid RN and APRN licenses, ANCC/AANP certification, controlled substance license, and DEA (or eligibility).
