Our Nurse Practitioners work closely with medical staff at skilled and assisted living facilities, performing acute and routine visits, documenting histories, conducting assessments, diagnosing, managing health disparities, prescribing medications, and making referrals.
Requirements include a valid RN license, unrestricted APRN license, board certification, and controlled substance license or eligibility. We provide support for DEA applications.
