• Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm schedule
• Join 5 physicians in collegial group
• Focus on hematology with sickle cell and benign/malignant cases
• Call schedule 1:9 with fellows taking first call
• Walk into existing patient base with 15 – 20 patients per day
• In-house transfusion medicine and active CAR-T program
• Academic affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine
• No state income tax in Texas
