We are seeking a Clinical Nurse responsible for providing competent patient care in a hospital setting, coordinating nursing processes, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in patient and family education, assessing learning needs, and promoting understanding.
  • Evaluating care plans, communicating effectively, and adjusting interventions for complex cases.
  • Performing bedside testing, organizing care priorities, and consulting resources for high-risk patients.
  • Demonstrating leadership by setting professional goals, fostering collaboration, and supporting performance improvement.
  • Conducting thorough patient assessments, planning care with multidisciplinary input, and addressing cultural considerations.
  • Engaging in research, staying updated on best practices, and applying evidence-based knowledge.

  • Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.

    This full-time, onsite role offers variable hours and a 36-hour work week, contributing to a community-focused healthcare environment.
