Job Description

We are hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home and facility-based care for patients in hospice and palliative programs.

  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team to deliver skilled nursing, assessments, diagnostics, treatment, and medication management for patients with advanced illnesses.

  • Qualifications include a valid ANP license in SC, at least five years of acute care experience, and two years in palliative/hospice care preferred. Must have DEA registration, CPR certification, and willingness to travel within the coverage area.
