Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner with 1-5 years of experience in Primary Care/Internal Medicine for a clinic in Yuma, AZ.
Provide care to patients of all ages, including new patient visits, follow-ups, post-procedures, and chronic condition management. Work independently in the clinic and visit Assisted Living/Nursing Homes as needed. Responsibilities include patient education, documentation, teamwork, and promoting safe, preventative care.
