Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to provide high-quality mental health and addiction services in a clinical residential setting.

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy using modalities like psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and dance therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychopharmacology and research to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
  • Participate in clinical research and implement evidence-based practices.

    • Requirements include a degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fields, and licensure (CPC, LCSW, LMFT). Preferred experience with mental health and addiction populations.
