Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care.

Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations

Develop policies to enhance care and efficiency

Support staff development and facilitate collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Manage electronic health records and conduct patient assessments

Promote wellness initiatives and ensure a safe work environment

Requirements: Current RN license, managerial experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Details: Full-time, $35-$38/hour, 32-40 hours/week, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible schedule.
