Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care.

Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Develop policies to improve patient care and efficiency.

Support staff development and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans.

Utilize electronic health records and conduct patient assessments.

Promote wellness through health coaching and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements: Current RN license, managerial experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
