Job Description
Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy, documenting progress, collaborating with staff, and educating residents and families. Supervises assistants and participates in care planning.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid license, CCC-SLP preferred, experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing preferred.
