Seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor – Days at Elmore Assisted Living in Elmore, MN, offering $120,000 – $135,000/year.

_Responsibilities:_
– Lead and supervise nursing and caregiving teams
– Oversee resident health, safety, and care plan adherence
– Conduct assessments and ensure regulatory compliance
– Oversee medication and treatment management
– Mentor and support staff development
– Respond to emergencies and manage crises
– Maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance

_Qualifications:_
– Active RN license in Minnesota
– Leadership or supervisory experience in assisted living or similar setting
– Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills
– Passion for senior care and staff mentorship
– Familiarity with assisted living regulations
