Job Description

This full-time Therapist assesses individuals impacted by mental illness, behavioral issues, or substance abuse, providing crisis intervention, clinical evaluations, therapy, and treatment planning.

  • Performs psychosocial evaluations, facilitates emergency detentions, and links patients to appropriate care levels.
  • Participates in treatment planning, documentation, discharge coordination, and collaborates with community resources.
  • Provides individual and group therapy, ensuring patient safety and compliance with legal and safety standards.
  • Engages in continuous quality improvement, promotes a safe environment, and demonstrates teamwork, integrity, and compassion.
  • Requires a Master’s degree, valid license, CPR certification, and at least two years of supervised clinical experience.
