Job Description
This full-time Therapist assesses individuals impacted by mental illness, behavioral issues, or substance abuse, providing crisis intervention, clinical evaluations, therapy, and treatment planning.
Performs psychosocial evaluations, facilitates emergency detentions, and links patients to appropriate care levels.
Participates in treatment planning, documentation, discharge coordination, and collaborates with community resources.
Provides individual and group therapy, ensuring patient safety and compliance with legal and safety standards.
Engages in continuous quality improvement, promotes a safe environment, and demonstrates teamwork, integrity, and compassion.
Requires a Master’s degree, valid license, CPR certification, and at least two years of supervised clinical experience.
