Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

Seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time or part-time role in San Jose, CA, with a salary range of $90,000–$125,000/year.

Provide 1:1 pediatric speech therapy across language, articulation, fluency, feeding, swallowing, and AAC.

Conduct evaluations and develop play-based, individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including OT, PT, and feeding specialists.

Mentor SLPAs and Clinical Fellows, with opportunities for leadership and growth.

Communicate compassionately with families and caregivers.

Flexible scheduling options include traditional, 4-day, split, and Saturday sessions (additional pay for Saturday).

Requirements include California licensure, CCC from ASHA, and pediatric experience preferred. New grads are welcome with the right mindset.
