Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Neurology Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care for patients with neurological conditions.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and non-pharmacologic therapies.
  • Conduct follow-up visits, monitor progress, adjust treatments, and offer patient and family education.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
  • Perform assessments to accurately diagnose and treat neurological issues.
  • Maintain precise documentation and participate in quality improvement efforts.

    • Requirements include at least 6 months of long-term care experience, a DEA license, NP license, and neurology experience. The role involves travel around Montgomery, NY.
