Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) provides professional mental health therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.

  • Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, including schools, and maintains accurate documentation.
  • Ensures compliance with standards, maintains credentials, and upholds professional ethics.
  • Participates in team meetings, peer reviews, and on-call duties.
  • Requires a Master’s in social work, Maryland licensure, and 3+ years healthcare experience.
