Job Description
Seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) for per diem, in-person work providing quality clinical services to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Qualifications include active California license (required) and at least 2 years of post-licensure experience (preferred). Experience with substance use disorders and EMDR training (preferred). Recovery with a minimum of 2 years sobriety (required). Responsibilities involve conducting individual therapy, participating in treatment team meetings, facilitating psychoeducational/process groups, completing assessments, and supporting associate clinicians. Skills needed include strong clinical judgment, trauma-informed care expertise, excellent communication, and ethical practice commitment. Job details: Part-time, $37-$44/hour, approximately 32 hours/week, with benefits such as 401(k), matching, and life insurance. In-person role located in Hemet, CA, with preference for local or relocating candidates.
