Job Description
Seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) for part-time, per diem work providing high-quality clinical services to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Qualifications include active California licensure, minimum 2 years post-licensure experience, experience with substance use disorders, and EMDR training preferred. In recovery? At least 2 years of sobriety required.
Key responsibilities involve conducting individual therapy, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, facilitating psychoeducational/groups, completing assessments, and supporting associate clinicians.
Must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, trauma-informed care experience, excellent communication, and ethical practice.
This in-person role offers $37-$44/hour, approximately 32 hours/week, with benefits including 401(k), matching, and life insurance. Preferred location: Hemet, CA, with relocation possible before start.
