Job Description

This full-time Nurse Practitioner role involves providing diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services under physician supervision.

  • Obtain medical histories, perform physical exams, order and interpret tests, and manage chronic conditions.
  • Identify and address risk factors, prescribe rehabilitation therapy, and educate patients for informed decision-making.
  • Refer patients to specialists, prescribe medications as authorized, and document medical information accurately and confidentially.
  • Provide care in hospitals and clinics, adhering to legal standards, and perform quality screenings.

    • Minimum qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Nursing, certification as a Nurse Practitioner (preferably with cardiology experience), Georgia RN licensure, and CPR certification. Requires at least one year of NP experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in an in-person setting in Columbus, GA.
