Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide mental health care for geriatric patients in nursing homes.

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients’ mental health needs, including medication prescriptions and therapy.

Conduct evaluations, monitor progress, and collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality care.

Maintain accurate records and foster trust with patients.

Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license in IA, at least 1 year of experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in Clinton, IA.
