Overview:
Support families and children by providing high-quality speech-language therapy within a multidisciplinary team. Serve as Primary or Secondary Service Provider, focusing on child development, family support, and coaching.

Responsibilities:
– Follow organizational policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards.
– Build positive relationships with peers, families, and the community.
– Support community integration and independence for individuals with disabilities.
– Use a coaching approach to empower families and team members.
– Assess children, develop individualized plans, and provide therapy services.
– Complete documentation, maintain records, and assist with transitions.
– Attend trainings and promote a positive service image.

Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Wisconsin licensure.
– Experience working with young children and families preferred.
– Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and cell phone required.

– Full-time, hybrid model with varied hours.
