Physician (Part time or Full Time)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physicians to provide primary and preventive care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

Each physician is supported by mid-level providers, with specialty support available as needed. All documentation is completed via EMR.

• Partner with nursing staff and facility leadership
• Manage patient care, including coordination with ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff
• Participate in facility meetings and complete documentation

Qualifications: Current, unrestricted TX MD/DO license; Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.

Benefits: No on-call coverage, malpractice with tail, flexible schedule, full-time position with a starting salary of $255,000+ per year.
