Physician (Part time or Full Time)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physicians to provide primary and preventive care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

Each physician is supported by mid-level providers responsible for follow-up care, with additional specialty support available. All documentation is completed via EMR.

• Responsibilities: Collaborate with nursing and facility leadership, deliver primary and preventive care, coordinate with ARNPs, PAs, and staff, attend facility meetings, and complete documentation.
• Qualifications: Current, unrestricted MD/DO license in Texas, board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Benefits: No on-call coverage, malpractice with tail, flexible schedule, full-time position with a starting pay of $255,000/year.
