Remote Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Provider to deliver outpatient mental health and behavioral services via in-person and telehealth, supporting an integrated care team.

Conduct behavioral health assessments and screenings.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy.

Collaborate with primary care providers for diagnosis and treatment.

Support patients in managing chronic conditions and improving coping skills.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality policies.

Participate in team activities and treatment planning.

Qualifications: Licensed or license-eligible master’s-level clinician (LCSW, LPC, Psychologist), with preferred outpatient and integrated care experience. Strong assessment, communication, and telehealth skills are essential.
