Full-time OB/GYN Physician position providing comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population.
Lead and supervise clinical staff, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care following evidence-based practices. Perform examinations, assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate patient services, including telehealth appointments. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external agencies, maintaining confidentiality and fostering teamwork. Manage clinical and administrative duties, including cost-effective prescribing, documentation, and staff collaboration. Qualifications: Valid CA medical license, board certification/eligibility in OB/GYN, DEA registration, BLS, and experience in diverse healthcare settings. Bilingual skills preferred.
Compensation ranges from $275,000 to $290,000 annually with benefits including healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and professional development.
