Job Description
The OB/GYN Physician provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, leading a care team within a community health center.
Performing examinations, assessments, and developing treatment plans for women of all ages, including telehealth services.
Ensuring quality, timely care aligned with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
Supervising clinical staff, participating in quality improvement, and maintaining documentation and compliance.
Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies, while fostering respectful, collaborative relationships.
Managing clinic operations efficiently, including referrals, patient education, and cost-effective resource use.
Qualifications include a valid California medical license, board certification in OB/GYN, DEA registration, and experience with diverse populations. Bilingual skills are preferred.
