Job Description

Full-time OB/GYN Physician role providing comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities include conducting exams, developing treatment plans, managing acute/chronic conditions, and educating patients on health promotion and preventive care.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, participate in quality improvement, and oversee clinical documentation and patient flow.

Lead and supervise clinic staff, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively across all levels.

Qualifications include a valid California medical license, board certification in OB/GYN, DEA registration, and experience with diverse populations. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.

Compensation ranges from $275,000 to $290,000 annually, with benefits such as health/dental insurance, retirement plans, professional development, and paid time off.
