Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead subacute and long-term care units with a pay range of $36-$41/hour and a sign-on bonus up to $7,500.
Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday days or four 10-hour shifts with on-call rotation.
Job Overview: The RN Unit Manager, also known as Resident Care Coordinator, ensures high-quality patient care, supports staff, and maintains compliance. They serve as the primary liaison for residents, families, and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing nursing care and daily operations
- Developing and adjusting care plans
- Supervising staff and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Addressing family concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Providing hands-on care and medication administration
Qualifications: Current NY RN license, experience in long-term care preferred, strong decision-making, communication skills, and physical ability to lift 20 pounds.
