Join a leading mobile wound care organization as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered healing.

This full-time, salaried role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours with no on-call, evenings, or weekends, and involves local travel to patients’ homes (reimbursed).

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, performing advanced treatments, managing medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.

Qualified candidates must have at least one year of wound care experience, be certified or eligible for certification, and hold or obtain a state license in Minnesota.
