Job Description

Bespoke Psychiatry is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a growing psychiatric practice specializing in long-term care in Illinois.

Our providers have access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

We value passionate, team-oriented individuals with strong communication and empathy skills. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

**Requirements:**
– Illinois license or in process
– Master’s degree as an APN or PA
– Prescriptive authority eligibility in Illinois
– BCLS certification
– Willingness to drive to facilities

**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct assessments and develop care plans
– Use EHR systems
– Collaborate with teams
– Educate patients and families

**Benefits:**
– $120,000–$140,000/year + bonuses
