  • Lead clinical operations at a residential treatment center for adolescent males, ensuring fidelity to the Living in Balance curriculum and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, oversee quality assurance, and integrate recovery with vocational goals.
  • Serve as a public ambassador, building partnerships with referral agencies, juvenile justice, and healthcare providers.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic planning, program development, and community outreach.
