Join a diverse organization dedicated to improving community health with over 40,000 employees. This role involves providing competent clinical nursing care in a home health setting, reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director.

Participate in ongoing education to meet learning needs and assess patient/family readiness to learn.

Evaluate patient outcomes, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and communicate effectively for continuity of care.

Deliver complex patient care, prioritize needs, and consult resources as needed, adhering to standards and policies.

Develop professional goals, promote collaboration, participate in quality improvement, and support a safe environment.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, anticipate discharge needs, and foster family relationships to support advocacy.

Collaborate with patients and families in care planning, considering cultural factors and prioritizing tasks.

Engage with current research to enhance practice and bring new ideas for team discussion.

Requirements: Graduation from a nursing program, RN licensure in North Carolina, and at least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
Note: Must reside more than 50 miles from the campus. The position offers onsite work with variable hours and is exempt from overtime.
