We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT)/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in South Bend, Indiana.
Implement individualized behavioral programs to support clients with developmental and behavioral challenges.
Collect and document data on client progress and behaviors accurately.
Collaborate with team members to develop and modify intervention plans.
Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families.
Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times.
