We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator (RN) for our Burn Unit in Detroit, Michigan.

• Lead and coordinate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes for burn patients.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, document assessments, and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
