Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a human service discipline, relevant professional licensing (LPCA/LPCC, CSW/LCSW, LMFTA/LMFT), and at least three years of counseling or case management experience. Candidates must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and pass a drug screening.
Responsibilities encompass providing individual, family, and group counseling or referrals, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, coordinating with the treatment team, and serving as an agency representative regarding treatment progress and incidents. Ensuring a safe environment, professionalism, confidentiality, and proper documentation are essential.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $54,000-$58,000/year, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. In-person work is required, with no remote option.
