We are a small, independent pediatrics practice in central San Diego seeking a board-certified/eligible pediatrician to join our team.

  • Ideal candidate is friendly, knowledgeable, and a team player who values building relationships with patients and families.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a smaller practice while maintaining work-life balance.
  • Provide outpatient care including well-child visits, managing chronic conditions, and treating acute illnesses and injuries.
  • This position is outpatient-only, Monday through Friday, averaging 20 patients per day.
  • Options for full-time, part-time, or per diem; no hospital rounds or weekend work.
