Job Description

We are a small, independent pediatrics practice in central San Diego seeking a board-certified or eligible pediatrician to join our team.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, friendly, and a team player who values building relationships with patients and families. Enjoy the flexibility of working in a smaller practice while maintaining work-life balance.

Responsibilities include providing well-child care, managing chronic conditions, and treating acute illnesses and injuries. This is an all outpatient position, Monday through Friday, with an average of 20 patients per day. Options for full-time, part-time, or per diem work are available. No hospital rounds or weekend work.
