Job Description

Join a dedicated treatment center as a Primary Therapist in St. George, UT, providing IOP/PHP care with a Monday-Friday schedule (some evenings).

In this role, you will

collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care

lead individual, family, and process groups

expand your skills through ongoing training

build authentic, compassionate relationships with clients and staff

Ideal candidates hold a current Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) and have at least 1 year of clinical counseling experience.
