Job Description

Seeking a Primary Therapist for an IOP/PHP Treatment Center in St. George, UT, with schedules Monday–Friday (some evenings).

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide transformative care, and participate in ongoing training within a trauma-informed, evidence-based setting.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, skilled in leading therapy sessions, and hold a current Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or similar).
