Job Description

Seeking a Primary Therapist for an IOP/PHP Treatment Center in St. George, UT, with flexible weekday hours, including some evenings.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care in residential settings, expanding your skills through ongoing training.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, and confident in leading therapy sessions, with a current Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC).
