Job Description

Join a dedicated treatment center as a Primary Therapist in St. George, UT, providing IOP/PHP care with a Monday–Friday schedule, some evenings.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care, and participate in regular training to enhance your skills.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, confident in leading therapy sessions, and hold a Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC). Clinical supervision is provided.
