Seeking a Primary Therapist for an IOP/PHP Treatment Center in St. George, UT, with flexible Monday–Friday (some evenings) schedule.

Join a supportive, interdisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care in residential settings.

Responsibilities include leading individual, family, and process groups, managing multiple treatment plans, and building compassionate client relationships.

Candidates should have strong clinical skills, a Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC), and experience in mental health counseling (preferred).
