Requirements include previous clinical experience, a passion for working with youth, a relevant master’s degree or enrollment in a Doctorate program, and appropriate licensure or transferability in counseling, social work, or psychology.

Responsibilities encompass providing therapy for clients with mental health and behavioral issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma; maintaining detailed clinical documentation; conducting interviews with clients and families; building rapport over a 28-35 day treatment period; and assisting with discharge planning and aftercare.

Ideal candidates have experience with individual, family, or group therapy, and familiarity with co-occurring disorders is preferred.
