Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor provides expert assessment, treatment, and supervision of mental health services for youth and families in community, home, school, or residential settings.
Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team.Lead evidence-based clinical interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.Collaborate with community and mental health providers, and facilitate referrals.Ensure documentation compliance and support staff through supervision, training, and consultation.Maintain program standards, support continuous improvement, and oversee clinical practices.Provide leadership by aligning organizational goals, managing staff, and ensuring policy adherence.Requirements include a Master’s degree, at least 5 years of clinical experience, and active NYS licensure in relevant mental health disciplines. The role involves on-call responsibilities for youth programs, travel, and physical demands such as lifting and mobility. Salary ranges from $60,500 to $88,000, depending on experience.
