We are seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide specialized care for patients with complex wounds.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation and stay current on wound care advancements.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active Ohio license, and preferred wound care certification. Strong communication skills and experience in outpatient settings are desirable.
