Manager Trauma – Marshall ECC Trauma

Job Description

The Manager Trauma is a registered nurse responsible for overseeing the trauma program in partnership with the Trauma Medical Director and hospital administration.

They ensure compliance with trauma standards, manage the trauma registry, and lead performance improvement, injury prevention, education, and research initiatives.

Key duties include program oversight, budget assistance, developing clinical protocols, staff education, and representing the program on committees.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2+ years trauma care experience, RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and trauma-specific certifications such as TNCC or ATCN.

The role involves full-time, 8-hour shifts, five days a week.
