**Responsibilities include:**
Performing comprehensive resident assessments and developing individualized plans of care.
Overseeing and supervising nursing staff and ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining compliance with safety, documentation, and HIPAA standards.
Administering medications, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing procedures.
Managing staff, ensuring proper staffing, and providing guidance to team members.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license and CPR certification.
Experience in skilled nursing preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
