Responsibilities include:

Participating in patient and family education, assessing learning needs, and promoting understanding.

Evaluating patient outcomes and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for care planning.

Delivering complex care, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing patient needs.

Supporting professional growth, fostering teamwork, and ensuring a safe hospital environment.

Assessing patient data, anticipating discharge needs, and developing culturally sensitive care plans.

Engaging in research and applying current best practices.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a professional nursing program and licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
