Job Description

*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and/ or a Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our integrated primary care and behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and clinical counseling, with a commitment to providing high-quality mental health services. This role involves working with individuals and groups to address various mental health and social determinants of health challenges. You will play a vital role in promoting the well-being of clients through evidence-based practices, case management, social work, and therapeutic interventions.

*Duties*

* Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
* Participate in case management, care coordination and quality activities, including referrals to community resources when appropriate.

*Requirements*

* Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
* Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), MSW or LMHC.
* Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis, clinical counseling techniques, and behavioral health principles.
* Experience in individual and group counseling settings is preferred.
* Familiarity with psychopharmacology and its application in treatment is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards of practice.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $88,000.00 per year
